Yaquina Head has the tallest tower on the Oregon Coast:162 feet abv. sea level.
I know it's not right on the coast, but I never get enough of the historical highway with all of the amazing waterfalls near troutdale/portland. |

Yaquina Head Lighthouse on a foggy day (feels like ghosts of years past are watching you.) Depot Bay as it still has the best whale watching I've been to anywhere in the world. Devil's Punchbowl... There is no possible way to pick just one favorite. |

We rent a beach house on Yachats Ocean road, the WEST side of Hwy 101 once or twice a year and spend our time wave watching, walking to the bay, exploring the rocks, heading down to Florence or Waldport and Newport. My favorite place on earth. |
